Presentation Guideline

How to submit your presentation slides

• Deadline : 
  Please submit your presentation slides no later than Sunday, October 19, 2025. October 30, 2025.
  
  ※ If you need to make any revisions after the deadline (October 30, 2025),
       please bring your updated presentation file (and any required fonts) on a USB drive and check it on the on-site PC before your session. 

• Submission Link : Go to Submission
  File name must follow the format before uploading: A-SSCC2025_Presentation_<SessionNo>_<PaperID>
  Examples:
  - A-SSCC2025_Presentation_S8-3_4241.pptx
  - A-SSCC2025_Presentation_S8-3_4241.pdf
   
• Required Files : 
  Authors should upload the following two sets of slides
   ① Slides for real presentation in PowerPoint
   ② Slides for distribution in pdf

The slides will be reviewed by the session chair(s) of the assigned session. Authors may be requested by the session chair(s) to modify their slides. 

The presentation slides will be available to the participants of A-SSCC 2025 in pdf format subject to the authors’ consent.
