Registration Guideline

Registration is required to be admitted and to participate in the conference’s technical program and other A-SSCC 2025 activities. 

To receive the best rates for the conference, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird registration.

• Extra Tutorial Materials: USD 50 / KRW 70,000
• Banquet Ticket for Student Participants: USD 100 / KRW 140,000 (not included in student registration; must be purchased separately)

Registration Entitlements

Author Registration Policy

• Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one regular registration.
• Authors with multiple accepted papers must complete a separate regular registration for each paper.
  In other words, each paper requires one corresponding regular registration, even if submitted by the same author.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment no later than September 1, 2025.
• The registered author must attend the conference to present the paper. If you do not register or attend, the paper may be deleted from the final program and proceedings.

Membership Verification

• IEEE or SSCS members must enter their valid membership number during registration to qualify for the discounted rates.
• Student registrants may be asked to provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID).

Payment Methods

Card approval may fail if the country of issue does not match the country of usage.

The billing descriptor for international transactions will appear as www.eximbay.com.
A payment receipt will be issued automatically by your card provider.

Bank Transfer

Please ensure the remitter’s name matches the registrant’s name.

Email the remittance receipt to the Secretariat.

All remittance charges must be borne by the sender. Any shortfall must be paid on-site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be made in writing by October 2, 2025.
• A 20% administrative fee will be deducted.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date or for no-shows.
• Registration can be transferred to another delegate upon request.
