Enter to Republic of Korea

Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and obtain a Korean visa before the visitation. For nationals in countries eligible for visa-free entry to Korea, one must obtain K-ETA.

For more accurate information, the secretariat of the conference recommends you contact your local Korean Embassy to ask about necessary documents for visa issuance.

K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) 

The K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is a mandatory requirement for visa-exempt foreign visitors to enter the Republic of Korea.

It involves submitting relevant information online, such as travel details, prior to entry. (K-ETA Fee is 10,000 KRW, approximately USD $9~10.)

Please keep in mind that the assessment can take more than 72 hours depending on the situation. Therefore, please apply for K-ETA with sufficient time.

If you need an invitation letter, please send the mail after completing the registration with full payment of your registration fee.

It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. A-SSCC 2025 cannot intervene with Korea Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
